Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Local Deliveries: 2–7 business days

  • Nationwide Deliveries: 3–10 business days

  • International Deliveries (if available): 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation via email or other contact information provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Eclipse Worldwide is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment of returned packages.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Eclipse Worldwide is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Eclipse Worldwide is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly and reach out to us so we can assist where possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged package and item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
