Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Eclipse Worldwide is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Non-Returnable Items
